NKR MINISTRY OF SOCIAL WELFARE HAS WEBSITE

On October 13, 2009 , the NKR Prime Minister Ara Haroutyunyan, the
Minister of Social Welfare Narine Astsatryan, and other officials
participated in an official opening of the NKR branch of "Nork"
Informational Analytical Center, which has been functioning about a
year. At present, the staff of the branch has three main employees,
and will be replenished by corresponding retrained specialists of
the informational development sphere.

The same day, due to the works carried out by "Nork" IAC, presentation
of the new website of the NKR Social Welfare Ministry took place
as well.

There are already seven informational programmes already functioning in
the ministry the usage of which will save time and money. The website
of the ministry has two interactive divisions. In the
form of forum everybody may get use of the first division, where
official information, experts’ conclusions are placed. The second
large interactive division has a window for internet messaging, which
gives an opportunity to provide communication between the divisions
of the ministry.

Hayk Chobanyan, the Director of "Nork" Informational Center noted that
they have agreements with other ministries in generating websites
and application of informational systems. There is an agreement for
conducting computer-based retraining of specialists in the sphere of
state governing as well.
