THE BOOK COMMENTING DOCUMENTS ON NAGORNO-KARABAKH PRESENTED IN YEREVAN

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ A presentation of a new book "Nagorno-Karabakh in
international law and world politics: comments on the documents",
authored by Yuri Barsegov, Doctor of Law and Professor was held today.

The book provides a detailed analysis of all existing documents
related to the Karabakh conflict.

"Unfortunately the book was published after the death Barsegov,"
the director of the National Library of Armenia David Sarkisyan said.

According to him, the last 10 years of his life Yuri Barsegov devoted
to studies of the basic problems of Armenia: the Armenian Genocide
and the Karabakh issue. David Sargsyan also expressed gratitude to the
head of the Union of Armenians of Russia Ara Abrahamyan for financial
assistance, which made the publication of the book possible.

Political scientist Levon Shirinyan praising the work of Yuri Barsegov,
particularly said: "It is marvelous that a single person managed
to do such a great amount of work". Levon Shirinyan also stressed,
such analysis are required for Nakhichevan and Javakheti.
