The "Nor Zhamanakner" (New Times) Party of Armenia has sent a public
letter to RoA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian asking if rumours
circulating regarding a new version of the protocol document signed
on October 10 in Zurich are true.

The statement call on the foreign ministry to publish the final draft
of the protocol document signed by the Armenian delegation based
on the fact that the document touches on the essential interests of
every Armenian whether in the RoA or the diaspora.
