GDP VOLUME IN ARMENIA WAS REDUCED FROM 18.3% TO 2123.2 BILLION DRAMS IN JANUARY-SEPTEMBER 2009 – STATISTICS

YEREVAN, October 20. /ARKA/. In January-September 2009 GDP volume in
Armenia was reduced by 18.3% compared with the similar period of 2008.

ARKA was informed from National Statistic Service of Armenia that
GDP volume was 2123.2 billion drams.

GDP volume was 4.8% higher in September 2009 than the level of the
previous month. In January-September 2009 economic growth was 10.3%.

According to the state budget, GDP growth in 2009 was planned on the
level of 9.2%. ($1 – 381.52 drams).
