ARMENIA WILL WITHDRAW FROM PROCESS, IF TURKEY CONDITIONS PROCESS WITH KARABAKH, SAYS ANALYST

European Integration NGO chair Karen Bekaryan referred to raising
the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh issue in the process of establishing
Armenian-Turkish relations at today’s press conference.

Bekaryan noted that if we presume that Turkey is going to give up
raising the Karabakh issue with no reason, then we have a problem
with our presumption. According to Bekaryan, Turkey has spoken about
the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and not just now, but also before the
Armenian-Turkish process began.

"If Turkey ratifies the Protocols, but conditions the opening of
the border with the issue of Karabakh, Armenia will come out of the
process unequivocally," announced Bekaryan.
