ArmInfo. "I am convinced that there are ways to sober settlement of
the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict",- Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan said
in his interview with Public Television of Artsakh. According to him,
the Armenian party seeks for long-term solutions to the problem which
will ensure stable peace.
"Certainly, in any negotiations either of the parties wishes to receive
more, but I do not understand the fact that one of the parties to
the peace process is guided by the principle "everything for me".
In this case, this party may dislike the peace process, but it is not
our fault",- Sargsyan said meaning the position of the Azerbaijani
party "aut Caesar aut nihil".
He also stressed that when the Azeri people display a pragmatic
approach to the problem and really want to solve it and not only
make declarations, the problem will be settled. "The expression of
discontent or tough statements after the negotiations do not approach
the settlement of the conflict. On the contrary, they hinder the
peace process, and increase the non- confidence",- he said.
