/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Introduction of Resolution 252 on recognition of the
Armenian Genocide into the U.S. Senate is a protest Senators Robert
Menendez and John Ensign express against formation of Armenian-Turkish
historical commission, according to ARF Dashnaktsutyun Bureau’s Hay
Dat and Political Affairs Office Director Kiro Manoyan.

"The resolution is a tool of pressure on the White House to prevent the
Obama administration from linking normalization of the Armenian-Turkish
relations to the Armenian Genocide recognition," he said.
