VTB BANK ARMENIA AND AMERIABANK ENGAGED IN JOINT DEVELOPMENT OF PAYMENT CARD BUSINESS

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ VTB Bank Armenia and Ameriabank continue to develop
collaboration along the lines of joint POS-terminals~R operation at
sale and service points, VTB Bank Armenia press service reported.

In the end of September 2009, new VTB Bank Armenia-Ameriabank agreement
came into effect. The agreement stipulates for collaboration in
payment card business sphere, to provide improved range of services
for payment card owners.

Within agreement frameworks, Ameriabank will use VTB Bank Armenia
processing center services, specifically that of payment cards
equiring.
