ARMENIAN PRIME MINISTER TIGRAN SARGSYAN PARTICIPATED IN THE PRESENTATION OF THE SYSTEM OF "DATALEX" PUBLIC INFORMATION SHOPS

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 23, ARMENPRESS: Armenian Prime Minister Tigran
Sargsyan participated in the presentation of the system of "Datalex"
public information shops.
Governmental press service told Armenpress that greeting the
participants of the event, the prime minister pointed out that it is
an important event as it is a serious contribution to the process of
reforms in the justice sphere.
Applying of "Datalex", aims at implementing a public oversight toward
judicial system as it ensures procedural and content transparency over
any trial passing in judicial system. Particularly through the system
an opportunity will be provided to follow any processes – get informed
about the status of the case and its history, study the timeframes,
decisions, complete texts of final judicial acts.
The 30 shops and monitors are already installed in courts and buildings
of state management bodies. This system has been developed within
the framework of "Judicial reforms" program with the financial and
technical assistance of government of Netherlands, World Bank and
Armenian government.
