ARMENIAN COMPANY "SHINCERTIFICATE" RECEIVED INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATE OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT COMPLIANCE

YEREVAN, October 27. /ARKA/. Ltd "Shincertificate" received certificate
of German certifying company TUV NORD, which evidences the compliance
of quality management to the requirements of international standard
ISO 9001-2008.

Suren Gyurjinyan, Coordinator of TUV NORD in Armenia informed that
by receiving the certificate the organization is ready to render
qualified services in the sphere of experiments and certification of
construction martial and products which maximum meets the requirements
of consumers and the clients.

"On the basis of the certificate the services of the company
"Shincertificate" will be considered qualified by the business-partners
in Europe", said Suren Gyurjinyan during the certificate award
ceremony. Prior to project implementation the specialists of Ltd
"Shincertificate" and consultants of Ltd "ATS Solutions" worked jointly
in the investment of the requirements of the standard ISO 9001-2008.

Before certification of Ltd "ATS Solutions" comprehensive audit of
quality management of the organization was conducted. During the period
June 13-15, 2009 certification audit was conducted by the auditors
of TUV NORD GROUP and based on its results quality management of the
organization was operating in compliance with the requirements of
international standards.

Alik Vardanyan, General Director of the company Ltd "Shincertificate"
was working 2.5 years by the agreement signed with representation
office TUV NORD about receiving certification. "Today we can show
the results of our work and prove the quality of rendered services
in compliance with international standards", said Vardanyan.

He said that the received certificate will allow to ensure confidence
to the partners of the company and assist in further activities.

Vardanyan said that the company "Shincertificate" will continue its
activity with high responsibility.

The company "Shincertificate" was established in 1998 and is an
independent specialized organization which renders full package
of construction services, including services of technical control,
laboratory experiments and certification of construction material,
as well as certification of welders.
