EDWARD NALBANDIAN RECEIVES DEPUTY FOREIGN MINISTER OF LITHUANIA EVALDAS IGNATAVICIUS

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 29, NOYAN TAPAN. Armenian Foreign Minister Edward
Nalbandian met with Deputy Foreign Minister of Lithuania Evaldas
Ignatavicius on October 29. Expressing satisfaction at the dynamic
development of bilateral relations, he pointed out that Armenia
is interested in the further deepening of mutually beneficial
relationship.

E. Ignatavicius expressed a high opinion about the friendly links
between the two countries, noting that Lithuania intends to take
active steps for promoting comprehensive cooperation with Armenia in
various spheres.

The interlocutors stressed the importance of efficient cooperation
of the foreign ministries of Armenia and Lithuania. They discussed
issues related to the EU Eastern Partnership Program.
