Favorable Conditions For Self-Expression Of Talented People

FAVORABLE CONDITIONS FOR SELF-EXPRESSION OF TALENTED PEOPLE

Wedne sday, 28 October 2009

RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan attended a conference referred
to as "Talent Management." In his address to that important forum,
the head of government indicated that favorable conditions have to
be created for talented people’s self-expression and self-realization.

Tigran Sargsyan noted in particular that gifted individuals are
the driving force behind the development of mankind: being talented
implies the ability of getting rid of hardened stereotypes, having
specific capabilities, including the power of foreseeing, predicting
and changing the world through one’s own vision of future.

"We are trying to drastically reform public life in our country.

Implementing drastic reform first of all means changing people’s
mind, as it is impossible to build new relationship through obsolete
thinking, which means in turn that above all we need a vision of the
future and a strong belief that this vision of ours will work in the
best interest of our people. Led by such a firm belief, we are now
attempting to improve our life," the Prime Minister said.

In the words of the Prime Minister, "changes are gaining a momentum
in the modern world. A key challenge faced up in the contest of
nations and civilizations is their ability to provide most favorable
conditions for talented people so that they could achieve as a high
degree of self-assertion and self-expression as possible."

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
