ARDSHININVESTBANK REMAINS TAX PAYMENT LEADER IN ARMENIAN BANKING SYSTEM

Ardshininvestbank remains tax payment leader in Armenian banking
system, ranking 16th among major tax payers. In January-September
2009, Ardshininvestbank’s payments to RA state budget comprised AMD
1.98 billion.

Within the first 9 months of 2009, the bank’s net profit reached
1528.9 billion AMD.

In terms of total capital, total assets and total liabilities (26659.9,
122861.1 and 96201.2 million AMD) Ardshininvestbank ranks second.

Ardshininvestbank CJSC has 49 branches in Armenia and 6 branches in
Nagorno Karabakh and a representative office in Paris.

Ardshininvestbank CJSC has been awarded ISO 9001:2000 international
quality management system certificate.
