ARMENIAN DEPUTY FM TAKES PART IN EPC-HELD CONFERENCE

The European Policy Center held an international congress on stability
and security in the EU Eastern Partnership in Brussels, on November
27. RA Deputy Foreign Affairs Arman Kirakosyan made a speech at
the congress.

The press service of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported
that Kirakosyan spoke of Armenia’s European policy and dwelt on
the opportunities afforded by the European Partnership policy. He
welcomed the discussion of a mandate for negotiations over Armenia’s
associate membership in the EU Council. Arman Kirakosyan pointed out
that Armenia is preparing to start negotiations for simplified visa
regulations and free trade.

The RA Deputy Foreign Minister also presented the Nagorno-Karabakh
and the Armenia-Turkey normalization processes.
