20 YEARS AGO ASSR SUPREME COUNCIL PASSED DECISION ON UNITING KARABAKH WITH ARMENIA

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ "Heritage" party congratulates all Armenians on the
20th anniversary of ASSR Supreme Council and NKAR National Council’s
decision on uniting Nagorno Karabakh Autonomous Region with Armenia.

"Such union based on the principle of nations’ right to
self-determination was enshrined in international law as a final point
of peaceful conflict settlement," the party says in its congratulatory
address.
