Armenia as Edward Nalbandyan is one of the worst foreign ministers

ministers’ meetings, R. Giragosyan said they are of imitation nature.

Nevertheless, he said, the dialogue with Azerbaijan is important,
and first of all for Armenia, which shows the world that we are
serious and reasonable people.
