ASHOT KOCHARYAN MET WITH THE CULTURE MINISTER OF LEBANON

On December 3 the Armenian ambassador to Lebanon Ashot Kocharyan met
with the Lebanese Culture Minister Salim Verdeh. In the context of the
deepening of the Armenian – Lebanese bilateral relations have been
discussed the questions concerning the perspectives of cooperation,
informs the press and information department of the Foreign Ministry
of Armenia.
The necessity of passing cultural days in the capital cities of the
two countries has been stressed.
The Armenian Ambassador has mentioned that the Armenian delegation
has participated in the francophone international games for the
first timethis year presenting songs, fine arts, literature, dancing,
and sports.
He has also mentioned that Armenia is tended to participate also in
the events called "Beirut a capital of book 2009" in 2010 on April.
