ArmInfo. Azerbaijan keeps on voicing militarist statements addressed
to Armenia and the Nagorny Karabakh Republic.

Defense Minister of Azerbaijan Safar Abiyev met with U.S. Air Forces
Commander in Europe General Roger Brady on Tuesday. Azerbaiajani media
quote Azerbaijan’s present mouthpiece for propaganda combining the
position of the defense minister, Abiyev as saying: "The fruitless
negotiations held within the OSCE Minsk Group for more than 15 years
made Azerbaijan resort to alternative ways to liberate its lands from
occupation," said. Since the USA alongside with Russian and France is
the OSCE Minsk Group co-chair-state for settlement of the Karabakh
conflict, the US General hardly needed information on activity of
the OSCE MG.
