ARNO INTERNATIONAL CONTEST FOR YOUNG PERFORMERS CONCLUDES DECEMBER 15

>From December 12-14, the first and second rounds of the Arno
International Competition for estrada young performers will take
place in Yerevan’s Arno Babajanyan Philharmonic Concert Hall, while
on December 15, the contest will conclude with an award ceremony and
gala concert at the Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall.

The co-chairs of the Arno International Competition are Arno Babajanyan
International Memorial Fund Director Ara Babajanyan and Georgian folk
artist Nani Bregvadze.

Participating in the gala concert will be honoured Armenian artists
Susan Margaryan, Leyla Saribekyan, and Gayane Hovhannisyan, as well
as Sona Shahgeldyan, Mher and the Georgia Duet. The program’s musical
director is Thomas Madatov.
