YEREVAN, DECEMBER 15, ARMENPRESS: The chairman of the Supreme Rada
of Autonomous Republic of Crimea Anatoli Gritsenko, had a phone
conversation with the Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II in
response to the note the Catholicos has sent in connection with St
Cross Church of Crimea.

Press service of the Holy See told Armenpress that the chairman of the
Supreme Rada assured the Catholicos that no changes will be made in
the status of the Crimean St. Cross church. The church will continue
be headed by the Ukrainian Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church
as an establishment of spiritual-church importance.
