SERZH SARGSYAN: NKR PARTICIPATION CAN ENSURE SUCCESSFUL TALKS

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met Tuesday with
the NKR parliamentary delegation led by speaker Ashot Ghulyan.

Welcoming the guests, the President appreciated collaboration between
the parliaments of the two republics and voiced hope that NKR MPs
will have an opportunity to participate in various regional and
international processes.

"All should know that winning the war imposed by Azerbaijan, the
people of Artsakh asserted their right live freely," Mr. Sargsyan said.

He also emphasized that NKR participation can ensure successful talks
for resolution of the conflict.
