OPEN LETTER TO UN SECRETARY GENERAL BAN KI-MOON

"Shushi" Charity Foundation Director Bakur Karapetyan addressed an
open letter to the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon referring to the
NKR freed territories.
"I have also addressed a letter to the OSCE MG Co-Chairs but I have
received no reply yet. I have addressed a letter to the UN Secretary
General, I will address another letter to the EU President, OSCE
President," Bakur Karapetyan told a press conference today. In his
letter he introduced the history as it is.
"Azerbaijan and Turkey exaggerate the issues of returning NK
territories freed in 1992-1994 to Azerbaijan and the pressure on
the international instances over Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity
ignoring the historical reality and the right to self-determination
of NKR people," the letter reads.
