2008 events investigation," RA NA Vice Speaker Samvel Nikoyan told

As he noted, first and foremost, the committee had Armenian peoples’
interests in mind. "Thus, we give more priority to assessment of
Armenian population, rather that PACE’s," the parliamentary speaker
emphasized.
