ArmInfo. The seven oldest subscribers of ArmenTel’s mobile service
have been granted notebooks and Wi Fi and 3G modems. The gifts were
presented by Director General of ArmenTel (Beeline brand) Igor Klimko
in the company’s Northern Avenue office today.

"We cherish the subscribers who have used our services for already a
decade. Our today’s gifts will introduce you to one of our priority
services – internet access. I hope that you will give us high credit
for our new quality," Klimko said during the ceremony.

The first subscribers of ArmenTel in 2010 will get souvenirs in the
company’s offices.

ArmenTel is subsidiary of Vimpelcom and is the first fixed and mobile
telephony operator in Armenia. It has 502,000 mobile and 18,100
internet subscribers. In the last two weeks almost 10,000 people
have applied for Hi Line service in the framework of ArmenTel’s New
Year action.

From: Emil Lazarian | Ararat NewsPress

Emil Lazarian: “I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
