The coordinator of the central office of the Armenian National Congress
Levon Zurabyan stated today that they have the information that the
organizer of the assault against the HAK activists on December 27 is
the parliamentary member Ruben Sandoyan. According to Levon Zurabyan,
the whole rigging resource which is headed by the Yerevan Mayor Gagik
Beglaryan is centralized against the candidate at the Constituency
No. 10 Nikol Pashinyan. Levon Zurabyan says it proves that not a
political force but a criminal band which is a machine of violence
and breaches is against them.
