ANDREI NESTERENKO: "NAGORNO KARABAKH CONFLICT HAS A SPECIAL CHARACTER"

Moscow. Roman Agayev – APA. "Nagorno Karabakh conflict is a very urgent
issue and is being discussed in the negotiations within the framework
of OSCE Minsk Group and in the talks between the interested parties,"
Spokesman for Russian Foreign Ministry Andrei Nesterenko told APA’s
Moscow correspondent. The Foreign Ministry official said the problem
had a special character, the process of settlement had many details.

"Therefore the negotiations and consultations continue and the parties
inform mass media about the process of the negotiations," he said.
