First round of Armenian Women’s Chess Championship over

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ The first round of Armenian Women’s Chess
Championship was held Friday in Tigran Petrosyan Chess House. The
competitions brought together 10 female chess players from Vanadzorm
Gyumri, Abovyan, Sisian and Yerevan.

Siranush Andreasyan (2224) had the highest rating. Lusine Karapetyan,
with 1903 took the 10th place.

The results after the first 5 matches were as follows:

Martirosyan Lia – Karapetyan Lusine 1 – 0
Khanamiryan Ani – Hayrapetian Anna 0 – 1
Gasparian Mariana – Kalashyan Varduhi 1 – 0
Kharatyan Anahit – Movsisian Naira 0 – 1
Gasparian Narine – Andriasian Siranush 0 – 1

The championship finished on February 4.
