INDIFFERENCE TO SERVICE PROBLEMATIC FOR ARMENIAN ARMY

" Indifference to the service must be eradicated in the Armenian
army, the example of commanders play an important in it, " RA Defense
Minister Seyran Ohanyan told students and faculty of Yerevan State
University. According Seyran Ohanyan, a new system of evaluation
and wrap-up service introduced since last year in the armed forces,"
he said.

This new measure is aimed at encouraging soldiers distinguished by
their excellent service. " Often a simple "thank you" is enough to make
soldiers felt that they are appreciated, " RA defense minister said.
