ARMENIAN COURT’S RULING AFFECTED PROTOCOLS: HULUSI KILICH

If there is any progress in the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh
conflict, then ratification of the Protocols may be possible, said
Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan, Hulusi Kilich, reports APA news
agency.
"But the Armenian Constitutional Court’s decision influenced the
protocols and documents. Our prime minister and foreign minister said
so," said Kilich.
"The Armenian Constitutional Court made a decision, but the Protocols
haven’t been sent to parliament yet. Turkey, however, sent the
Protocols to the parliament 2 months ago. We are ahead of Armenia in
this process," concluded the Turkish diplomat.
