a historical achievement, RA President Serzh Sargsyan said in a
congratulatory address issued on occasion of the 18th anniversary of
the Armenian army.
"Efficient army ensures balance, peace and stability in the region.
Provocateurs should be aware that the Armenian army will rebuff any
attack," he said.
