New-elected PACE President Mevlut CavuÅ~_oglu cannot have a positive
role in Nagorno-Karabakh settlement with his biased disposition,
Armenia’s Permanent Representative to the Council of Europe Zohrab
Mnatsakanyan told Panorama.am, referring to CavuÅ~_oglu’s interview
with APA.

Note that APA issued an interview with Mevlut CavuÅ~_oglu saying
he is biased over Nagorno-Karabakh settlement and Armenian-Turkish
normalization.

Accoring to APA, PACE President particularly tried to put forth
preconditions over the Armenian-Turkish normalization and made
one-sided comments on the consequences that followed Karabakh war.

"My view is evident and logical. I am not certain this is true. I am
not sure APA reported things as they are. Nevetheless, if this is the
truth, I think, everyone can see that such biased disposition misses
out all the bases for the PACE President to be a positive role-player
in Nagorno-Karabakh settlement," Zohrab Mnatsakanyan told Panorama.am.

Z. Mnatsakanyan said that the members of the Armenian delegation
to PACE are currently taking steps to make clarifications over the
situation.
