"The process of normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations
has entered a deadlock through Turkey’s efforts," Turkologist Ruben
Melkonyan told a press conference today. Acordingt o him, the situation
could be predicted and nothing will change if Turkey continues speaking
the language of preconditions.

According to Ruben Melkonyan’s assessment, besides being committed to
our national and state interests, the decision of the Constitutional
Court included a legal response
