Apparently, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan is beginning a new
experiment. Recently, Armenian media reported that he intends to
update the Cabinet of Minister soon. Sargsyan’s desire to reshuffle
his subordinates can be described as an experiment. But the change
in personalities will not change the essence of their activities,
which are characterized by blatant approval of the president.

In this case, the way the ministers of the Armenian government will
be named is of no significance. So, even if the disgraced "Rubik
Almighty," Ruben Dzhaginyan, given Serzh Azatovich’s propensity for
crazy attempts, shows up with his ministerial portfolio. Moreover,
being Armenia’s foreign minister, "Rubik Almighty" will change nothing
in the official position of the country. All will remain the same. It
is Sargsyan who decides with whom to make friends and with whom not
to in this totalitarian country.

"Rubik Almighty" could be no worse than Edward Nalbandyana in making
an intelligent expression on his face, signing protocols, giving
himself a pat on the cheek and making habitual and memorized speeches.

By dismissing him, Sargsyan will be able to satisfy the wishes of the
ARF Dashnaktsutyun, which has long been demanding the resignation of
the Armenian FM and to appease the Armenian diaspora. Thus, it will
once again prove the common truth – how hard the Armenian president
is trying to display his ability to act against the wishes of the
diaspora, it is obliged to admit his own political impotence.

Certainly, there have been many attempts to hide this fact from
the public. But these attempts are doomed to failure just as it
is extremely difficult to prove that water is not wet. Moreover,
there is evidence for our arguments that in making changes to the
Armenian-Turkish protocols, the Armenian Constitutional Court threatens
the very future of continued dialogue between Ankara and Yerevan thus
enabling Sargsyan to demonstrate that you can do what you wish and
avoid troubles at the same time.

So, the president needs to find "scapegoat" and dismissing him to
show he is ostensibly carrying out reforms staging a show for the
people instead of providing them with bread to survive and acting as
a man who determines destiny of ordinary citizens.

Of course, the corruption machine will be launched again to collect
"fees" for the high positions that they have received. The volume of
these funds will be spent on improving the well-being of the corruption
pyramid led by Serzh Sargsyan.

And, finally, reshuffling the ministers is a form of a pastime for
the Armenian president. Ladies, Jack, six, kings and aces may change
frequently in this game. In extreme cases, the entire deck will be
replaced. The top Armenian official can easily do it. Because he knows
in case people are unhappy with his actions, he himself will face an
experiment. However, Sargsyan does not plan to be experimented at all.
