The resumption of hostilities in Karabakh is constantly probable,
Head of ARF Dashnaktsutyun faction told the journalists on Feb. 10.

The MP emphasized that though Azerbaijani authorities permanently
make warlike statements, he is skeptical about their army’s combat
capability.

"Azerbaijan is a multinational state, for instance I don’t think that
Lezghins or Talishes are dreaming of sending their children to die in
Karabakh. Same with Azerbaijanis," Hovhannisyan stated adding that he
holds the information that after each warlike statement by Azerbaijani
leadership large number of youth leaves the country. He informed that
many youngsters already migrated to Ukrainian and Russian cities.
