CAUCASUS RAILWAYS ANNOUNCES ANNUAL CONTEST PARTNER OF THE YEAR

YEREVAN, February 10, /ARKA/. The South Caucasus Railways has announced
an annual contest, called ‘Partner of the Year’ that will be held in
the first decade of March.

A press release by the company said the contest is expected to help
it consolidate its ties with its strategic partners.

As part of the competition the company has announced nominations in
several categories, such as ‘Consignor of the Year,’ ‘ Consignee of
the Year,’ ‘ Dispatcher of the Year,’ and ‘ Carrier of the Year.’ The
winners of the first and second places will be awarded ‘Golden Crutch’
and "Silver Crutch’ prizes.

The South Caucasus Railways is run by Russian Railways. The concession
agreement was concluded in 2008 for 30 years, with a right of extension
for another 20 years after the first 20 years of operation.
