ARMENIAN-POLISH CONSULTATIONS HELD

Political consultations between the Armenian and Polish Ministries of
Foreign Affairs were held at the Polish foreign office on February 11.

The press service of the RA foreign office told NEWS.am that the
Armenian delegation was led by Deputy Foreign Minister Karine
Ghazinyan, and the Polish side was led by Polish Undersecretary of
State to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Andrzej Kremer.

The consultations agenda included a number of issues of mutual
interest, as well as problems of regional and international security,
Nagorno-Karabakh peace process, Armenian-Turkish reconciliation and
EU Easter Partnership.

Ghazinyan gave a detailed account of Armenia’s position and
expectation.

The Polish side expressed its appreciation of Armenia’s efforts to
normalize its relations with Turkey and expressed its willingness to
support the process.

The sides also discussed the agenda of Polish Prime Minister Donald
Franciszek Tusk’s forthcoming visit to Armenia.
