SERGE SARGSYAN’S INSTRUCTION

On February 11, the Armenian government approved a draft amendment
to the law on international treaties, according to which Armenia
is entitled at any time before the entry into force of the signed
contract, to refuse to participate in the contract, stating this
intention.

Recall that a couple of months ago, Serge Sargsyan said he had asked
to work out amendments to the law on contracts in case Turkey would
delay the ratification of the Armenian-Turkish protocols and did not
ratify them in a reasonable time.
