The secretary of the National Security Council Artur Baghdasaryan met
on February 22 with the deputy of the U.S. Deputy State Secretary
Anne Ganzer. Issues relating to the modernization of the Armenian
infrastructures and border security were discussed.

Artur Baghdasaryan on February 22 met also with the Russian ambassador
to Armenia Vyacheslav Kovalenko. Issues relating to the Armenian and
Russian cooperation in the sphere of security were discussed. The
