/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Ruben Hairapetyan, president of Armenian Football
Federation and Vardan Minasyan, coach of the Armenian national team
held a press conference on February 26.
Armenia are getting prepared to a friendly match with Belarus to be
held on March 3 in Antalya. The coach listed the players included in
the national team, but Ruben Hairapetyan said that participation of
some players is questioned.
"The goalkeeper Gevorg Kasparov said that he wouldn’t be able to
come to Yerevan because of headaches. Arthur Edigaryan and Robert
Arzumanyan’s arrival is questioned, too," Hairapetyan mentioned.
According to the president, Federation fails to contact Karamanyan
brothers. "I would like to mention that if they continue to misbehave
and miss the team practice session, they’ll be excluded from the
National Football Team," he said.
Henrik Mkhitaryan, playing for FC Metallurg (Ukraine), was not
included in the Armenian national team, either. "I allowed him to
be off, as his team would be having a tough game in the Ukrainian
Premier League," Mr. Hairapetyan added.
