ARMENIA INTERMEDIATED NEGOTIATIONS OVER UPPER LARS

Armenian FM Edward Nalbandyan was asked today if the initiative to
hold negotiations over the reopening of Upper Lars checkpoint belongs
to Armenia.
"Now I can state that negotiations were held intermediated by Armenia.
And now, when the border is reopened we can say that it’s a great
achievement for Georgia, Russia and, of course, for Armenia," Armenian
FM said.
