‘KARABAKH NEVER WAS AND WILL NEVER BE A PART OF AZERBAIJAN’

Nagorno-Karabakh never was and will never be a part of Azerbaijan,
said at press conference Presidential Envoy to National Assembly of
Armenia, Garnik Isagulian.

"Armenia didn’t occupied territories, and so it can’t surrender
anything," he said.

He added: "Territorial issues can be discussed only with NKR leaders.

This position was also voiced by Armenia’s President, who said that
the conflict cannot be solved without participation of NKR."

"Up to now Azerbaijan’s President hasn’t delivered his proposals
in relation to the updated version of the Madrid Documents," said
Garnik Isagulian.
