The RA Ministry of Spyurk is Ready to Assist in Stepanakert State

On March 5, the NKR Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Finance Spartak
Tevosyan received Hranoush Hakobyan, the RA Minister of Spyurk arrived
in Artsakh in this status for the first time. Possible cooperation
issues were discussed during the meeting. The Ministry of Spyurk is
intended to involve Artsakh into all arrangements. From all these
measures Hranoush Hakobyan gave priority to participation of Artsakh
in the programme "Come Back Home".
Men of art and cultural workers of Artsakh will participate in the
festival "One Nation, One Culture". Hranoush Hakobyan proposed to
found a commission, which will form the Artsakhi group of the festival
participants. The Minister of Culture and Youth Affairs Narine
Aghabalyan, who was present at the meeting, informed that these days
the Ministry is preparing to present the culture of Artsakh in
Lebanon.
The Minister of Spyurk expressed readiness to assist in the
programme of restoration of Stepanakert State Theatre. The Ministry
will address all cultural hearths with appeal, proposing to make a
donation of a concert, a performance, an exhibition to Stepanakert
theatre.
The Ministry will perform programmes in the informational sphere
as well, involving spyurk in corresponding arrangements. An agreement
was achieved to start the journalists’ congress in Stepanakert.
Different issues concerning economic development of Artsakh,
programmes realized in Artsakh by separate benefactors and others were
discussed during the meeting.
