ArmInfo. The Turkish authorities do not take the Armenian-Turkish
normalization seriously, Armenian Parliamentary Speaker Hovik
Abrahamyan said in the parliament on Monday.
He called it unserious that signing the Protocols in Zurich Turkey
has repeatedly come out with contradictory statements and does not
strive to ratify the Protocols. H. Abrahamyan said that the coalition
forces represented by the Republican Party of Armenia, the Prosperous
Armenia Party and Orinats Yerkir Party have resolved to discuss the
issue of ratification of the Protocol On Establishment of Diplomatic
Relations and the Protocol On Development of Bilateral Relations only
after Turkey ratifies them.
The protocols were again put on agenda of the four-day session of
the Parliament (March 15-18). The big agenda contains 70 issues and
22 international agreements.
