ArmInfo. Prime Minister of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan threatened to
expel illegal citizens of Armenia from the country’s territory.

As BBC reports, Erdogan made such a statement on March 16 at a joint
press- conference with his British counterpart in London. According
to him, only Armenia will suffer from the resolutions on the Armenian
Genocide which are passed in the parliaments of foreign states under
coercion of the Armenian lobby. When commenting on the resolutions on
recognition of the Armenian Genocide made in the Swedish Parliament
and US House Foreign Affairs Committee, Erdogan said: "Those people
make shows with those resolutions… And they harm the Armenian people
as well… And things become deadlocked". He added that Ankara has so
far tolerated the presence of 70,000 Armenians working illegally in
Turkey. "So what will I do tomorrow? If necessary, I will tell them
‘come on, back to your country’… I’m not obliged to keep them in
my country. All these actions unfortunately have a negative impact
on our sincere attitudes", he said.
