STUDENT COMPETITIONS IN SCHOOLS CONTINUE
On Saturday 13 March 2010, sixty boys and girls from tertiary and secondary
schools of the community, gathered in Yeghishé Manoukian School. The
participants were students selected by a Jury nominated by the Khatchik
Babikian Foundation of the Holy See of Cilicia. The purpose of this
competition was to encourage students deepen their knowledge in Armenian
history and Teachings of the Church.
The 2010 competition for Armenian Language and Literature had already taken
place and their schools had selected fifty-six students. At the end of all
competitions, the winners will receive their awards in a public event.
