NKR PRESIDENT ATTACHES IMPORTANCE TO CONTINUAL STRENGTHENING OF ARMENIA-DIASPORA CULTURAL CONTACTS

STEPANAKERT, MARCH 22, NOYAN TAPAN. On March 20, NKR President
Bako Sahakian received Metso Igitian, the Chairman of the Armenian
Culture Development Fund. Issues related to implementation of various
cultural programs in Artsakh were discussed at the meeting held with
participation of NKR Minister of Culture and Youth Affairs Narine
Aghabalian.

According to NKR President’s Press Service, B. Sahakian attached
importance to continual strengthening of Armenia-Diaspora cultural
contacts considering it one of the important factors of preservation
of Armenian identity and education in Armenian spirit.
