Armenian IM Krikor-Sevag Mkhitarian scored 7,5 points out of 9 in
the open held in Uva, Brazil and shared the 3rd-5th places among
221 participants.
Mkhitarian was only half a point behind the winner, Vasilly Ivanchuk,
according to the Armenian Chess Federation.
