President Sargsyan meets Czech Defense Minister

President Serzh Sargsyan today received Martin Bartak, Deputy Prime
Minister and Defense Minister of the Czech Republic.
President Sargsyan said Armenia is interested in the development of
relations with Armenia in bilateral and multilateral formats.
The interlocutors agreed that the two countries have a great potential
of cooperation within the framework of European and Eurasian
structures. President Sargsyan said Armenia attaches great importance
to the active cooperation within international organizations, which
will contribute to the implementation of reforms in all spheres of
public life in our country.
According to Serzh Sargsyan, Armenia attaches importance to the active
cooperation with the Czech Republic in the field of defense, and the
Minister’s visit is a good opportunity to put the ideas into practice.
The Defense Minister of the Czech Republic said, in turn, that the
agreement on military cooperation opens new perspectives for
partnership.
President Sargsyan expressed gratitude to the Czech Republic for its
unbiased position on the Nagorno Karabakh issue and noted that the
