Ex-Defense Minister of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Samvel Babayan
does not see a political solution to the Karabakh issue within the
coming five years.

Armenia has to boost economic development in order to be able to
resist the impudence of the rival, Samvel Babayan told a press
conference today.

"The Armenian President will not make concessions, all his statements
should be considered in the political context," Babayan said, adding
that all developments today lead to the solution of the issue via war,
and the situation is dangerous.
