Vartan Oskanian To Blame For Robert Kocharian’s Statements?

VARTAN OSKANIAN TO BLAME FOR ROBERT KOCHARIAN’S STATEMENTS?

Former Nagorno-Karabakh (NKR) Defense Minister Samvel Babayan, at a
press conference today, turned his attention to former RA president
Robert Kocharian’s latest statement, saying, "That statement, after
Oskanian’s statement, is a response to accusations directed at Robert
Kocharian."

According to Babayan, Vartan Oskanian expressed his opinion;
however, media outlets portrayed those statements as being dictated
by Kocharian.

"It wasn’t like that, responded Kocharian to those who accused him.

Everything began after Oskanian’s speech and statements," said Babayan,
while noting that he’s not protecting Kocharian.
